Durum wheat flour is the result of milling the grains of organically grown wheat.

Use:
It is mainly used to make bread and pastry or to thicken sauces. You can use this flour in a bread machine as well as in traditional preparation by hand or in a kneader.
Conservation:
After opening. Flour is always kept dry, the humidity favoring the development of parasites (weevils, food mites). You can simply keep it in a glass jar in your cupboards.
Nutritional value:
Depending on its type, wheat flour contains a variable amount of vitamins (B1, B2, PP and E) and minerals (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium). These nutrients are mostly found in the husk of the wheat kernel, so the higher the type of flour, the more nutritious the flour will be.
