Fenugreek or Trigonella is a herbaceous plant of the family Fabaceae. It is one of the oldest medicinal and culinary plants in the history of mankind.
Fenugreek is a small leguminous plant whose seeds are eaten as a spice.
They are particularly rich in vitamin E and group B.
Use:
There is a different way to eat fenugreek.
Cold infusion
Soak 1 tbsp. whole or powdered seeds per cup of water for a few hours, filter and drink 1 to 5 cups a day. Soaked seeds can then be chewed or sprouted.
Culinary uses
