Oriental coffee with cardamom is a coffee-based drink.
The cooking is done in a small pot of tinplate or copper called cezve or zazoua.
The dosages are delicate and visual monitoring of the cooking is essential.
The ground coffee is poured very thin and the sugar in the cold water. The mixture is put on the fire until boiling. The coffee should not boil. It must be removed from the fire when the coffee is foaming.
