Square noodle dough

The nwassers noodle dough cut down not in thin strips but in squares about one centimeter apart.

Nwasser can be prepared with: lamb meat (or mutton), chicken meat, osbane.

Nwasser is usually steamed and drizzled with meat or chicken sauce.
